Terms of Service

1. The service

Ranknow helps you get found in AI answer engines and search by planning, generating, publishing, and tracking SEO content for the websites you connect. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may only add websites you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Subscriptions, trial, and billing

Ranknow is offered at $19 per month per website, with a 7-day free trial. During the trial we may generate content so you can evaluate the service; if you do not subscribe, content generation stops at the end of the trial. Paid subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. Fees are billed through our payment provider and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with advance notice; changes apply to the next billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ranknow for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes, or to publish content that infringes others' rights.
• Add websites you do not own or control, or connect accounts without authorization.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.
• Resell or provide the service to third parties except under an agency plan agreed with us.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of your websites, your data, and the content Ranknow generates for you. You grant Ranknow the permissions needed to operate the service — to analyze your sites, generate content, and publish approved content on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published, and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your business.

6. AI-generated content and no guarantee of results

Ranknow uses automated systems and third-party AI models to generate content and measure visibility. AI output can contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review content before publishing. Search and AI-engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, and Ranknow does not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, citation, or business outcome.

7. Third-party integrations

Ranknow integrates with services such as Google (Search Console and Analytics) and WordPress. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. You are responsible for maintaining the connections and for any actions taken through them at your direction (for example, publishing to your WordPress site).

8. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that create risk or legal exposure for Ranknow. On termination, your right to use the service ends; you may request export or deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

Ranknow is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ranknow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Ranknow in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ranknow harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
